I was in the market for a 2011 CTS-V, so I planned to visit all Cadillac dealerships in Phoenix. I started with Coulter, went to others, then returned to Coulter to make the purchase. The friendliness here compared to other dealers is what made me decide to buy here. The other dealerships made me stand around, basically accused me of lying, and were generally rude because they were so misinformed as to think they had the only Black Diamond CTS-V in Phoenix (which Coulter also had). The buying experience was great as they did everything possible to make it easy. The reason I decided to write this review was because of the service you receive when you BRING YOUR CAR BACK. I had some light paint damage and was looking to get it buffed, after calling Coulter they told me to bring it in and they would fully buff, polish and detail the car. ***FOR FREE*** I recently also purchased a high-end German sports car, and the service at Coulter is so many times better than the service there that instead of buying a Porsche SUV next, I will be buying an Escalade from Coulter. More
