I test drove 4 different vehicles before making a decision, and didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying a vehicle. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Buick Lacrosse and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. The Lacrosse had many features and the space that I needed. The experience was relaxed and felt like was part of the family. Only moving from South Carolina 2 weeks ago and coming to this dealer that helped me and answered all of my questions and guided me in my new vehicle. They went the extra mile to explain how to get my warranty refund for my trade which really helped me out a lot, and am thankful for them for that. I want to say thank you Steve and Dureen for the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

Nice Experience Ordered a 2015 Yukon XL Denali. Dureen was wonderful. We have two toddlers and out of necessity had to bring them to the dealership for each step of Ordered a 2015 Yukon XL Denali. Dureen was wonderful. We have two toddlers and out of necessity had to bring them to the dealership for each step of the process. The employees never made us feel like they were a bother and in fact on the day that we took delivery and had to do all of the paperwork etc they gave the girls breakfast from the cafe which kept them busy and happy for awhile. Our situation was pretty cut and dry, we knew we wanted the car, we ordered it, and didn't have a trade in, so there wasn't a lot of the normal haggling etc that comes with those things, but the things we did deal with we had a very positive experience! I'd definitely buy another car here and recommend it and Dureen to anyone! More
