I arrive 15 minutes early and signed in with the service representative. He messed up signing me in and after waiting one hour and 15 minutes I asked at what point were we in getting the oil change done. Th representative. He messed up signing me in and after waiting one hour and 15 minutes I asked at what point were we in getting the oil change done. They realized that nothing had been done and that nothing nobody even noticed that. So they finally try to get me in and get it done and wasted a whole extra hour of my time. Was not happy with that. Free oil change! Anthony and his crew have taken care of all 3 vehicles I've purchased from Mike Shaw since 2011. I was grandfathered in with free oil changes for two Anthony and his crew have taken care of all 3 vehicles I've purchased from Mike Shaw since 2011. I was grandfathered in with free oil changes for two years for all cars but it recently expired. Anthony still gave me a free oil change today and it was the highlight to my pockets! Thank you!!!! More
