Bad service Mercedes Roadside assistance for one is an absolute joke... their shuttle service spans a whopping 10 miles, so if you need to pick up your car you be Mercedes Roadside assistance for one is an absolute joke... their shuttle service spans a whopping 10 miles, so if you need to pick up your car you better get an Uber...not to mention I’ve had my car a year and they were trying to up-charge me over a grand for services. Only Service department is good!!! I purchased a preowned 2018 E300 from a different dealer...for some reason..my park assistant was not working , Ms Carol was excellent ...she handled I purchased a preowned 2018 E300 from a different dealer...for some reason..my park assistant was not working , Ms Carol was excellent ...she handled it well..got me a loaner and i was in and out in a breeze.. after the job was done...since i was the first time owner for Mercedes Benz...wanted a small tutorial since i had never tried it before....there comes Mr Mike Manley...who is not even suppose to help me..very firm...with aggressive nature...explained some things but the rest he said...to go back to that dealer and learn from them...is this the way people working in Mercedes Benz perform...!!!!
