I'm usually in a dealership for hours but Carlos and Dru made this the absolute best experience I could ever ask for. I had a minor issue with a tire and Carlos addressed it in a timely manner. When I arrived home, I noticed that the front cup holder was missing so I recently purchased a one year old CPO e class from Drew at this dealership. When I arrived home, I noticed that the front cup holder was missing so I called Drew and he promised to send it to me right away. I called back a week later when it hadn't arrived and Drew again promised he would send it right away. A week later when it hadn't arrived arrived, I called the sales manager Al and he promised to send it to me. A week later when it hadn't arrived, I called Al back. I am still waiting to hear from Al. I guess I'll be buying a new cup holder for sixty bucks. I am done with these guys. More

My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned GLK with 26k miles here last month. This Dealer had the best price posted online for the fully loaded options I wanted than any other Dealer in PA, NJ or DE. I w miles here last month. This Dealer had the best price posted online for the fully loaded options I wanted than any other Dealer in PA, NJ or DE. I was a little worried about the complexity of all the state regulations. I am a PA resident trading in my wife's BMW registered in RI to purchase a car in DE needing PA plates and title. The Dealer did all the paperwork and computed the various state fees and credits. I received the PA plates in the mail about 4 weeks later. Very smooth. No hassle. Dru was very helpful as the salesperson. We test drove two vehicles. My only minor complaint concerned the initial trade-in value offer. They offered me about $650 less than Kelly's Blue Book's low end value. However, we negotiated a more equitable trade-in amount after I suggested using Kelly's Blue Book as a source of value. I paid in full so I cannot comment on the financnig process. I purchased an extended warranty which was explained well but the price was a bit on the high side of reasonable but that's a Mercedes issue, not a dealer issue. More

My Experience with Mercedes Benz of Wilmington was very good. I live in Boston and had difficult time finding a E550 coupe (certified) in Massachusetts and extended my search to nearby states. I found the E550 on one of the car sale websites, there were no pictures of the vehicle available at the time I found the car and when I called the Mercedes Benz of Wilmington, their Internet sales manager Scott Zielinski was able to provide me with multiple pictures within minutes. I negotiated the deal over the phone and put a deposit to secure the car. It was easy and enjoyable car buying experience. When the deal was ready to closed, I was introduced to my sales associate, Dru Brahmbhatt. Dru was extremely friendly he managed a pick up from the train station and when I walked in the Mercedes Benz of Wilmington showroom, all the paperwork was ready to go. I test drove the car, the car was clean and the condition of the vehicle even exceeded my expectations. Dru get the car detailed and spent significant time with me going over all of the functionality E550 coupe has to offer (Setup Navigation preferences, Bluetooth, etc...). I change cars every 18 months so I go through car purchasing process quite often, my experience with Mercedes Benz of Wilmington especially with Dru and Scott was one of the best I have ever had. I was on my way to Boston less than an hour and had a blast driving the car back home. More
