We've gotten to know folks at Wellesley VW from Sales to Service to Parts, and everyone is always helpful and respectful; their knowledge is excellent, their inventory is very good, their prices and dealings are very fair and honest. That's why we've been comfortable coming back over the years for three vehicles from them so far. Shout out, also, to Paul their Sales Manager, Eli in Finance, Drew in Service and the whole team who makes the place run in a friendly, supportive, non-confrontational way to serve their customers with quality and responsiveness. Think about how many customers would praise a car dealer, especially end-to-end through the roles they play, and the total lifecycle of the vehicle. It's a nice change from the usual you might be used to from other experiences. We'll shop them again in the future for sure. More
