The sales and finance staff were both excellent. Our sales person, Dontrell Saucier, was especially excellent. Our finance person, James Adams, was also excellent. Overall a very pleasant experience. Dontrell is a wonderful sales person. The one exception was waiting 20+ minutes for finance to call us in, without knowing what was holding up the process. There was no communication with us during that time about what was going on. This is a problem area that can be easily remedied with some more communication. Waiting without knowing for approximately how long or why creates stress. FYI-the rather violent cartoon showing on the TV did not help. More

We’ve come to know several people there and they are wonderful. I dread the back room signature signing and optional buying on warranties but yesterday also was the exception.
