He was thorough in speaking with me to find out my needs and wants. He took me on two test drives and was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I had not intended to purchase the car that evening, however, after working with Dontrell and his manager I decided to move forward. Even though I had arrived later in the evening they made me feel comfortable and not rushed. We were able to do the deal in less than 2 hours. I've NEVER purchased a vehicle with such ease and satisfaction. Scott Smith was awesome in getting the financing done and didn't try to pressure me at all.
