I would have given 5 stars except they didn’t have the previous owner do a factory reset when they brought the Tesla in on trade which caused a lengthy hassle for me. Tesla is very strict about transferring ownership and even a Tesla service shop cannot circumvent the process. So I owned the vehicle but could not access many features INCLUDING paid charging stations!! Big problem…I fixed it by tracking down the previous owner. The dealership did jack xxxx about it…pretty annoying! More
