Reed was on the lot when my husband and I arrived and was able to take us out for a test drive immediately. Later that day, we specified what we wanted and did not want on our new Ford bronco sport and he wa able to take us out for a test drive immediately. We live in Richland so we took delivery in the Tri-Cities, which was important to us. The only problem we had was that a door entry keypad was supposed to be installed prior to delivery and was not. But Reed took care of that and the Tri-Cities dealership will be installing it at no charge, so all is well. More
