$16,500 Lemon Bought a used vehicle which I strongly specified needed to not be modified by the past owner. After being fed a bunch of confidence the engine started Bought a used vehicle which I strongly specified needed to not be modified by the past owner. After being fed a bunch of confidence the engine started to disintragate after a couple months. When trying to trade the car for a new vehicle, I was only offered $11,000...about the same as KBB value. Vehicle was brought in severe times before and was not initially diagnosed properly. Vehicle was also sold with recalled equipment. Now I'm in a legal process...not what I expected from my first time purchasing a car from a dealership. More

Key copy Purchased a used car recently via a private sale and needed a second key made. Key was preordered days before the time of service and arrived as an un Purchased a used car recently via a private sale and needed a second key made. Key was preordered days before the time of service and arrived as an uncut blank to the dealership unbenounced to parts/service personel. I did offer to return for service at a later date however Don and Wayne managed to send the key blank to be copied locally (it was a special lazer-cut key that could not be copied on-site) while I waited thus making it so i did not have to return a second time. As someone with 15 years in new car dealership business myself I understand things beyond our control happen and I Greatly appreciate going above and beyond to get me taken care of same-day. A+ More

Great experience at Stateline Subaru. My husband and,I were looking for. 2018 Crosstrek. Inna and Chris were both very helpful and we did not feel any pressure to make a decision quickly. My husband and,I were looking for. 2018 Crosstrek. Inna and Chris were both very helpful and we did not feel any pressure to make a decision quickly. They were both very polite and friendly. It turns out that we purchased Anna's car that she had just traded in. It was in very good condition and clearly well maintained. Inna has also offered to show us how everything works when we pick up the car. Thanks to both! More
