We had a fabulous salesperson My husband and I had leased a CRV from this dealership 3 years ago and since the lease was coming near the end of term, we reached out to Mr. Odum onl My husband and I had leased a CRV from this dealership 3 years ago and since the lease was coming near the end of term, we reached out to Mr. Odum online. An appointment was set for today. We arrived early, and Mr. Odum was occupied with another customer, so he set us up with Dominique Vattuone. Dominique was personable, thorough, knowledgeable, and just terrific. We test drove both the HRV and the CRV and Mr. Vattuone made certain we had all the information we needed on both vehicles. With the utmost patience he helped us reach the best decision for our needs. Mr. Mahaman Kolo was the finance manager who worked with us, and he made our having to hand over the initial payment calming and pleasant. He explained everything, and dotted every i and crossed every t. Mr. Kolo was truly delightful. We even got a hello and a thank you from the gentleman who ran the numbers for us today. To our happy surprise, while we had been with Mr. Kolo, Mr. Vattuone had taken all of our belongings from the car we were returning, and has placed them perfectly into our newly leased HRV. He then went step by step through the features of the car to be positive that we were comfortable before driving off of the lot. He even set up my cellphone for the voice activated calling feature. Mr. Vattuone made the entire event of leasing a car more stress free than I could ever have imagined. We would definitely recommend Criswell Honda if one is interested in buying or leasing a car, and we will be telling everyone we know to ask for Dominique Vattuone.
