Great In All Respects I've purchased a good number of Hondas for over 30 years - the adults in the family & growing kids. I visited Criswell twice before I finalized a I've purchased a good number of Hondas for over 30 years - the adults in the family & growing kids. I visited Criswell twice before I finalized a deal on a Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. I was never felt rushed or pressured. But I was treated fairly, honestly, and with respect by 2 sales people (Steve Maroney and Dominique Vattuone) and also by Victor Azari, the finance/business manager. The sales process was extremely smooth. Over many years - I've usually found the Honda salespeople good to work with. And these measured up excellently. They were patient, allowing multiple looks and test drives as needed. And though the model and car I wanted and test-drove was bought by someone else within a few hours of my leaving Saturday afternoon, they found one that had just arrived in the same color and model. The Finance/Business Manager, Victor Azari was also excellent. Victor was fair and understanding and met our needs. Even this went very smoothly. I feel I was excellently, fairly and respectfully treated as a customer. This is what wins repeat business and referrals. I'll be back and plan to make referrals. Hopefully the service will also be as good :-) More

He goes above and beyond in executing any trade-in and related arrangements. A good Man. With our previous 19 year old Honda, I dealt with Criswell Honda's service deparment. Outstanding and caring especially since I had an important "time-line" commitment. Our new Honda Fit is a comfortable, solid car.
