I am so pleased with how welcome I felt from the time I met Kevin.He made my husband and I feel like we were part of the family there. Which is exactly what it feels like. I was looking for a specific car met Kevin.He made my husband and I feel like we were part of the family there. Which is exactly what it feels like. I was looking for a specific car and it literally was sold the night before. But Kevin said come down and I have some other options you might be interested in. Turns out the one that he found was better than the one I was going after. We have been rebuilding our credit so I wasn’t sure if it would stop me from being able to get that car. That’s where Dom came in and he spent a lot of time and worked with different banks until he could get what we needed and now I have my favorite car that I’ve ever owned. It didn’t stop there. It was late when we were finishing that evening so I didn’t get to see all the features of my car and I said it’s OK I’ll go over the handbook and figure it out. Kevin said no just please come back down and I’ll go over everything with you and he did call in about a week and follow up to see when I wanted to come back down. So I did and he went over everything with me. I had found a couple little scuffs on my car and while I was there, he had that taken care of too. It was such an awesome experience, and I recommend anyone to go down there and get treated better than you have anywhere else. Side note the vanilla latte is amazing!! More
