There was some sales pressure but not too pushy. We haven’t taken delivery yet so I can’t comment on that aspect. More

When we took the vehicle out for a test drive, I pointed out to my Sales Rep that the tire pressure monitor was showing that it needed to be serviced. And I was assured that it would be taken care of prior out to my Sales Rep that the tire pressure monitor was showing that it needed to be serviced. And I was assured that it would be taken care of prior to purchasing the vehicle. Once all the documents had been signed, and the vehicle was delivered to me the next day, the tire pressure issue was still there. But Dashon, and the staff at Oakes Kia definitely honored their commitment to excellent service. Even after the initial service evaluation didn't correct the issue, Dashon took the vehicle to another department, and it was promptly resolved. Had the issue been resolved prior to delivery this would have been a five-star review. It could be four and 1/2 if half stars could be given because they were very responsive to all of my earlier issues, even staff not originally involved in the earlier transaction worked to help resolve it. I bought a car here at the end of August, the salesman Billy was great but this is the worst place ever. The finance guy lied about how much my payments were and didn’t even give me a copy of my paperwork Billy was great but this is the worst place ever. When I figured out what happened it took weeks to get them to fix it, but guess what my payments are still higher than what I was told. The beginning of January I hit a deer, called their collision center and was told over the phone after they looked up the claim online that they would have my car a week and a half. Then when I got it there they said 2 weeks. Well for weeks I would call and they told me someone would call me back and I would never get a call and no updates then when I finally get an email from the guy he said my car would finally be done on March 3rd. Guess what, that day came and then was told it would be March 7th. And then that day came and they are like oh sorry we don’t have one of the parts we ordered weeks ago and it won’t be in until March 11th. Well first off they should have checked to make sure the part was in if they really don’t have it. Secondly a pigtail for a fog light is not going to make the car throw 3 codes and a blinker malfunction warning (which I only know that from my Kia app). I don’t have a rental and can’t afford one because I have bills to pay and kids to take care of. This is the worst experience of my life and the worst business I have ever seen. They don’t communicate and they don’t call you back and they lie about everything. More
