Overall, this experience was below average. I'm saying that mainly because of the work we put in before we arrived to make the process as fast as possible, yet it made little difference. We knew exactly which vehicle we wanted, had already negotiated the price, and provided all required information for financing. Yet if was obvious that the dealership was going to make sure we had to go through the usual attempts to sell their protection packages anyways and drag out the process. I specifically said we were not interested shortly after this sales pitch started; however, I was disregarded and the employee continued on anyways. We also felt completely out of place from the moment we walked in the door. Nobody greeted us at the door. They seemed utterly disinterested in us once we told them we had been working with Jacob before we arrived. It was also plainly obvious that there were some strange personal dynamics between members of the staff. The fact that this was plainly visible to a customer is a problem. Long story short, we got the car we wanted at a good price, but we did not feel welcomed or appreciated,.except by Jacob, during the process. I do want to highlight that Jacob was easy to work with both over the phone and in person. We felt he was honest and genuine, and cared about our experience. More

I am very pleased with Oakes Kia. I have purchased three cars from there in the last six months. They are not high-pressure and they provide the outstanding customer support that I’m sure Kia expects from them. I feel really comfortable when I’m buying a car dealing with these three as I know that I’m getting a fair deal and they’re not giving me any malarky. I will highly recommend Oakes Kia to other individuals and ask that they see Chuck, Lyric and Meaghan. Truly outstanding group of people to work with and I’ve gone and had service their twice for oil changed already and that has been excellent also. More
