Salesperson (Dianne) was great - knowledgeable about vehicle and sales process, helpful before, during and after sale. She went the extra mile to help me remove a bike rack from my trade-in the next day vehicle and sales process, helpful before, during and after sale. Armando took forever with the people prior to us (and it was a cash sale) - we waited 2 hr for him to finish with them. Our sale was also cash, but we weren't able to leave dealership until 10:30 PM because of him being the only finance person onsite, and due to the time he took with buyers prior to us. Also, he neglected to give us a temporary registration for the windshield and another document, so we had to return to the dealership to pick up registration another day (but signed the other document online). More

DIanne Ponce is a great sales Rep and Alex Kludt are great helpful courteous but I had a lot of malfunctions after the purchase and finally got a new replacement car but only to have the replacement end great helpful courteous but I had a lot of malfunctions after the purchase and finally got a new replacement car but only to have the replacement end back at Niello Audi for SOS wire harness open circuit issue so again not able to enjoy my new car purchase More

The sales person only quoted MSRP while showing different cars, but when it came to negotiation time, all cars were priced well over MSRP. Additionally, there was the relentless pushing of warranties and add cars, but when it came to negotiation time, all cars were priced well over MSRP. Additionally, there was the relentless pushing of warranties and additional options in the finance office. Frankly, my goal was to minimize time in the dealership. One month later, I was back in the dealership due to a check engine light. My new car has been in service for two weeks due to the cyber attack. All in all, a frustrating experience. One positive note is my service advisor who is doing his best. More
