Online price showed $38 k at dealership was $42 for van they said they gonna match and guess what they didn’t tell you and add warranty crap added on contract without letting you know I had very bad expe they said they gonna match and guess what they didn’t tell you and add warranty crap added on contract without letting you know I had very bad experience won’t recommend this dealership And yes I did sign the contract but they didn’t mention and had other doc on top of it Won’t recommend this dealership to anyone stay away from them check their reviews on YELP before u going there More

Great customer service. Make sure you're prepared and not over look anything. Spend as much time needed to inspect your deal (take it home if necessary) and to inspect the car before you drive it off the lot over look anything. I did a second inspection once I got home and notice one of the rims of my car was damaged, thankfully they did the right thing and fixed it. Dexter and Brandi helped me immensely to sort out an issue in sales. More

Toyota Care Service. Work was done promptly while I waited. Toyota of Richardson performed my 25k final service on my Highlander. Upon inspection, it was determined I needed a tire and wheel alignment, with one tire wearing more on the inside than the outside. Mitch, the service director, quoted me a fair price and even provided a coupon which reduced the price even more. Very happy with the timeliness of the servicing of my car. Would definitely recommend their service and sales departments. Great place to purchase and get servicing done. More
