I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 1 hour away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Dwight, who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." He then introduced me to Domenic the Truck Manager and I can't say enough about Domenic. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. It sounds like a cliche, but we hit it off like this guys been my buddy for years. And trust me, I'm a skeptical type of personality. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. No hassles. Just civil, relaxed negotiations. Domenic went above and beyond when I had questions about the vehicle... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind, which we all know, is close to priceless. More

I stop by and spoke to Vito Umbro explained what i wanted , I told him I will be back with my wife . My wife and I arrived the dealership at 3 PM and they were closing at 5 PM on New Year's Day . Vito was with another customer ,so Art G. sales rep help this out until Vito was available Art brought car around for us to look at and go over the features . Vito had freed up with his customer. I thank Art for his help and Vito ask wife and I if Taurus was one we were interested in yes. Now for the fun part I had mind made up what I wanted for my trade how much I wanted to pay for car and the back-and-forth negotiating I was expecting never happened ( I was kind of disappointed ) Vito gave me my trade value in what it would cost me to purchase vehicle I was pleased because it was close to what I was looking for. I asked you got to give me a little bit more of my trade Vito went to his manager Dell he made a phone call went and looked my trade again then gave me what I asked . done deal not yet , Dell informed me of hic-up on credit I thought ok we won't be buying this car they going to jack up the interest ,Dell said no worries got deal done at low rate . My wife wanted to take the car that night i said we can wait Vito said no problem Taurus had already been prep but we were the last people there and I'm sure the people who work they wanted to go home closing time Jason Lehner sales manager told Vito he will do paperwork for him while he swap plates. Then Winston Internet sales tells Jason he will go check building make sure everything was lock up because i'm guessing the way he said it that was Jason's job. unbelievable experience bought a lot of cars in my life but such team effort couldn't go unotice .
