The minute I met Bill , I knew I wasn't dealing with your typical sales person. He was very honest and a perfect gentleman. I gave them my keys to appraise my truck and we went for a test drive. When we got back we started the negotiations. "Would like to point out that they gave me my keys back as soon as we got back unlike most places". Said I needed to think about the deal for a bit. I got up we shook hands and Bill said hope we hear from you I and walked out the door. Got in my truck and left .I wasn't pressured at all !! Said to myself what a great experience I just had. Called the next morning and we made a deal. Think it was more the staff than the price that made me decide to buy my truck there. The price was great and the staff Dell Roderick Shane Conroy and of course Bill Oneil is second to none. Would highly recommend this dealership. More

Super Heroes at Colonial Ford On the way to look a new vehicle at Colonial Ford, we had a clamp break on the radiator hose on my 11 year old/114,000 mile Explorer. Low and behold On the way to look a new vehicle at Colonial Ford, we had a clamp break on the radiator hose on my 11 year old/114,000 mile Explorer. Low and behold all of the fluid leaked and we were stuck on the side of the highway. The first time this has happened with all of our Fords and this was a minor issue. Jake, our super hero at Colonial Ford drove down to the highway with a clamp, tool and antifreeze. We were now on our way to purchase and drive home my new to me Ford Edge! Great staff that went over and beyond. Thank you, Colonial Ford! We would highly recommend this dealership! More

2011 Suburban I bought a truck from Bill O'Neil. i was happy with the truck till i got it home. i found a few issues with some rust and other things as well...any I bought a truck from Bill O'Neil. i was happy with the truck till i got it home. i found a few issues with some rust and other things as well...anyway, after talking to bill and figuring out there wasnt a better car for me that would fit my needs they offered to fix all the issues i had at no charge to me. needless to say i am please with the fact that i will have all the problems fixed that i found when i got home. i would like to thank shane and dell for their help in this process also. i will update this review after my issues are resolved to confirm that i am happy with my new (used) truck. More
