Looking for a pickup, but bought a Fusion Titanium I thought I was going to buy a pickup and stopped at Colonial Ford where I met salesman John Collas. John explained all about the Ford F150 pickups and we took a test drive in one that fit my budget. After driving the Truck I told John that, although it was a nice truck, I couldn't picture myself driving it on a daily basis. I had been driving a VW Rabbit (which was totaled when I hit a deer) and I missed the road feel and quick response of the smaller sporty ride. John listened and suggested we check out a 2014 Fusion Titanium AWD model that he had on the lot. We took the Fusion for a ride and it was a perfect fit. The negotiations were quick and painless helped along by sales mgr. Dell Roderick and finance manager Shane Conroy. Shane was especially patient and helpful in explaining all the financing options. I highly recommend Colonial Ford. John helped me to find the car I was really looking for and Shane and Dell helped make the whole experience quick and painless. -Charlie T. More

Electrifying Experience! John Collas at Colonial Ford was recommended to me by a friend. This was the first time I bought a car where the sales person actual knew about the ca John Collas at Colonial Ford was recommended to me by a friend. This was the first time I bought a car where the sales person actual knew about the car I was purchasing and could tell me about it. Although I researched this vehicle quite extensively, it was nice to have him walk me through everything prior to test driving. I bought the car during a challenging week in where it was difficult for me to come to the dealership to sign off on paperwork, but John went out of his way to drive to me so we could get it done in timely manner. He was a true professional and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. Dell, the sales manager, was able to offer me the price I needed for my trade-in, while also keeping my monthly payment and money due at signing where I needed. There was an issue where the car I purchased had SO many incentives that they were having trouble applying all of them to the principal amount of the car (to bring the monthly payment down). Shane, the finance manager, was able to work with Ford and get the approval codes so my monthly payment stayed low and where I needed it to. I want to thank the team Colonial Ford for helping me with my purchase. John has already followed up with me about my car to make sure everything is going great. He has made himself available if I have any issues post-purchase. For anyone interested in buying a Ford (and in my case an Electric Ford Focus) I would recommend John to my friends and family. I ENTERED THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF THE LARGE SELECTIO I JUST WANTED WRITE A QUICK NOTE TO HELP OTHERS WHO SHOULD CONSIDER COLONIAL FORD OF PLYMOUTH. I ENTERED THE DEALERSHIP BECAUSE OF THE LARGE SELECTION OF USED CARS. UNFORTUNATELY, THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTICULAR CAR I WAS LOOKING FOR. BUT WITHIN 4 HOURS DELL HAD LOCATED THE EXACT VEHICLE I WAS LOOKING FOR. BILL THEN WENT OUT TO ANOTHER COLONIAL DELEARSHIP AND DROVE THE CAR BACK AND I WAS TEST DRIVING IT THAT NIGHT. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN WARY OF CAR SALESMAN AND I THOUGHT THIS WAS GOING TO SMOOTH TO BE TRUE. MY TRADE WAS ASSESSED AND I WAS OFFERED A GOOD DEAL ON A FACTORY WARRANTIED VEHICLE. I HAD ALREADY RECEIVED A PREAPPROVAL FROM MY LOCAL CREDIT UNION AND EXPECTED TO GO THAT ROUTE FOR FINANCING. SHANE ASKED THAT I GIVE HIM SOME TIME THE NEXT MORNING TO SEE WHAT HE COULD DO. AGAIN, TO MY SURPRISE SHANE OUT DID THE OFFER OF MY CREDIT UNION AND FINANCING WAS MADE EASY THROUGH COLONIAL. THE PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY THAT WENT INTO THIS VEHICLE COULD ONLY BE COMPARED TO A HIGHLINE LUXURY 6 FIQURED CAR PURCHASE. I DONT THINK THIS CAR LOOKED THIS GOOD 2 YEARS AGO WHEN IT WAS ORIGINALLY DELIVERED AS NEW. DELL'S COMMUNICATION AND PROMISE WAS UNCOMPARIABLE, HE LEADS BY EXAMPLE AND HIS SALEMAN BILL FOLLOWS SUIT. SHANE COULD NOT BE LEFT OUT AS HE WAS ABLE TO SECURE ME A BETTER LOAN THAN I COULD ON MY OWN! ALL OF THIS WORK AND EFFORT DOES NOT GET ACCOMPLISHED WITHOUT THE HEAD COACH, SEAN.
