I have been in sales for 28 years all over the country in 5 different states from California to Virginia. My favorite place to be is Winchester Mitsubishi because of the family atmosphere. I find the people in Virginia and West Virginia so pleasant to work with! I have been helping clients build their credit by financing vehicles here for over 5 years. My specialty is working with ALL types of credit.

Do not recommend at all. We went to look at the vehicle and discussed price with the salesman. And came in with a pre approved offer from their website for listed price. O We went to look at the vehicle and discussed price with the salesman. And came in with a pre approved offer from their website for listed price. Once we started the paperwork process we were asked to sign three separate copies of the finalized paperwork two electronic copies and one paper. Reviewed first set and everything was in order. We were told there was and issue with electronic copy and we just needed to resign everything. When final copies were emailed the price was 5000 more than agreed upon and originally reviewed. Financial employee reviewed features on the car that when we got home the car did not even have. Mitsubishi connect specifically. When we questioned the changed paperwork and asked for copies of all three sets they were never provided. We were told they were archived. When we asked for general managers contact info it was never provided. We also signed DMV paperwork that requested title in both of our names when we got tags and registration it was only in one of our names. We then got letters from multiple lenders stating we were denied not because of credit but because the dealer was trying to finance more than the car was worth without our knowledge or permission. They should have been submitting requests for the amount we were told was the car purchase price not amounts above what was agreed. The only positive experience was with the service department. I had looked a lot of months for a vehicle and I work in Harrisonburg.....but I kept coming back to Winchester ...David and Ben are great they went out of their way to help me get a SUV. I wrote a bad review three days ago and I spoke to a manager about the review. The manager the explained to me why I ended up paying $6,000 more than the advertised price. He blamed the state of Virgini manager about the review. The manager the explained to me why I ended up paying $6,000 more than the advertised price. He blamed the state of Virginia. Then he goes on to say that I have free oil changes for life and unlimited engine and drive train coverage. That’s not true. I had my oil changed there a few weeks ago and that sure was not free. The manager told me that he would call me the next day, that was three days ago. I’m still waiting for a call. More
