Went in 3x's, 1st was for timing chain and steering issue. Got it back, steering issue still there but now power steering pump was whining, wasnt when dropped off. Went back for the power steering issu issue. Got it back, steering issue still there but now power steering pump was whining, wasnt when dropped off. Went back for the power steering issue and said it was the pump, got it replaced. Steering issue still present, went back again, said it was the rack and pinion but also the power steering lines where leaking. Declined repairs, my cars warranty was going to cover the rack but the hose's were not and they wanted to charge me $1300. I don't know how you charge that for hose's for one but also don't see it the other 2x's it was in for a steering issue. I don't trust them and will be taking it to another repair shop, much more to story but this gives the gist. More

Waited at counter to drop off car for appointment. Noone was there or came for a while, eventually I had to go to parts for them to get someone. Never received a upfront quote for what I thought was Noone was there or came for a while, eventually I had to go to parts for them to get someone. Never received a upfront quote for what I thought was am $89.99 oil change. Final bill came to $121.00. I was told that it was due to 10 quarts being required, which is 4 quarts more than the service allows. This correlates to almost $31.00 per quarter wich is extreme price gouging. This was my last service at your dealership. More
