Contacted & visited the Dealership regarding Factory ordering a car. Dealership refused to show the the total out the door price. Charging over msrp and charging fake fees and Dealer add ons. This is not a place to do business with as they are in the business to cheat and overcharge customers. More

Took my vehicle to this dealership to have my seat looked at. My 2018 Corolla drivers seat is making clicking sounds. According to my dash cam video, my car sat for almost 4 hours and a mechanic never inspec at. My 2018 Corolla drivers seat is making clicking sounds. According to my dash cam video, my car sat for almost 4 hours and a mechanic never inspected my seat. My car was test driven by Service Manager, Mike Young, and he said nothing was wrong with my seat. Clicking noise was confirmed on a previous visit, by Aaron, a tech who test drove vehicle with me. According to Aaron, he said their was something wrong with my drivers seat and needed to be brought in for a diagnoses. My seat is still making clicking noises. Mike Young is incompetent and should not be in the service department. Issue was reported to Toyota. Toyota Field Service Technician, Daniel B Cudney confirmed my seat is making clicking noises. Anyone bringing their vehicle into R and H Toyota in Owing Mills, MD., document visit with a dash cam! Or you too may be wasting your time!!! More

Shuttle fail to pick me up at requested time of 5pm as my work day ends. They driver never showed nor call thankfully my co-worker stayed behind and eventually offered a ride to the service center. I request work day ends. They driver never showed nor call thankfully my co-worker stayed behind and eventually offered a ride to the service center. I requested to speak with a manager MIKE came out and was totally unapologetic. I explained To him a shuttle was requested at 12pm after The car was dropped off. Given I used the shuttle to return to my office I expected the advisor to place a note in my file but he didn’t and then I was stuck being late for pickup at my kids daycare. And that’s just the beginning, save yourself time and money and find another service center... I Probably not heritage again but it’s the only service center close to work and home where I can use the shuttle service. More

Professional, Courteous & Excellent Follow Up I have had several experiences with Heritage Toyota Service Center fo my 2010 Toyota Prius III. All 3 appointments were originally prompted by a Reca I have had several experiences with Heritage Toyota Service Center fo my 2010 Toyota Prius III. All 3 appointments were originally prompted by a Recall/Extended Warranty Issue Toyota sent me. My first experience was with a different Service Advisor which was such a poor experience I nearly complained to the DealerShip Owner. My second appointment was scheduled online with Dave Bambino. I was pleasantly surpised to find Mr. Bambino friendly, knowledgable, honest and someone who understands that Outstanding Customer Experiences are driven by UNDER - PROMISING , and OVER- DELIVERING. Mr. Bambino does not conduct himself like a desperate Used Car Salesman who would sell his own Mother services he knew to be both unnecessy at best, unethical at worst. My third appointment with Mr. Bambino again consisted of scheduling a Toyota issued Warranty Service. I was impresed that Mr. Bambino took the initiative to explain to me that due to the fact that this particular Warranty Recall Issue has only just been made public and politely explained to me that due to high demand, he did not have the necessary parts in stock, but would order them for me and call mme hen they arived. Through NO FAULT OF Mr. Bambino, I erroneouly gave him an old Contact Telephone Number making it impossible to reach me. I happened to call him many months later to follow up on the Backordered Parts, and Mr. Bambino explained that he had been tryng to contact me for months but was unable to due to my providimg an outated number. He explained apologetically that he had since provided these parts to another customer and I insisted this was in no way his faukt. I was happy to wait for the replacement parts and upon arrival, he could reach me on my updated contact number. Mr. Bambino wanted to help me fix a problem I CREATED and went out of his way to secure the parts that same day! The work was completed AHEAD of the promised time and to make the experience Exceptional, Mr. Bambino offered me a method to pay for my repair costs when i got stuck in traffic and knew I could NOT make it to Heritage by closing! To make a bad situation worse, I realized while just 5 minutes away from Heritage I had forgotten my Wallet and Credit Cards!! Dave came to the rescue and offered me an innovative way to pay online and I was able to pick up my Toyota after all these Self Imposec obstacles thanks to Mr. Bambino. Thank You Kindly Dave!
