They worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted at a price we were happy with. The only downfall was that the detailers didn't do the best job. Troy was an awesome salesperson. We traveled a couple of hours to see the truck we eventually bought. One big disappointment was Jake McDermott who didn't honor the trade-in price Austyn and I agreed to over the phone. Jake's trade in offer was 15% lower, and he wouldn't negotiate despite me explaining that Austyn and I already discussed it. I would not recommend trading in your car here. Find another alternative and bring in the cash. More

I cannot say enough about Dannica. Kind, responsive, and to the point. When I pushed her on a few things, she had or got me answers immediately. When I had a couple of follow up questions post-sale (not complaints, just questions), she responded to me immediately, even though she had already sold me the vehicle and really had no obligation to do so. She knew the ins and outs of the vehicle, and when she needed to get answers on other things (finance, trade in, etc) she went and got them quickly. She is one of the best car sales people with whom I’ve ever worked. honest, trustworthy, and customer oriented. I highly recommend this dealership, and specifically Dannica. More
