Our experience with Lou Fusz Kia was extraordinary, to say the least! Their innovative sales policy of "first come/first serve" may not work out for everyone, but it truly gave us hope and yesterday, our perseverance paid off and we purchased a brand new 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid. Danielle Williams, our internet sales rep, was amazing! She was empathetic to our needs, yet professional throughout the whole process from start to finish!!! Ryan was patient and informative when we stopped by for a status check on Danielle's day off. Crystal in finance was beyond efficient and had our paperwork done in record time. Out of the 10 new cars we have purchased in our lifetime, this by far was the least stressful financial process we have ever encountered. We appreciated the option of paying cash and skipping the usual obligatory in-house financing.
