Sold me a car that after 3 days air-conditioning stopped working. Didn't want to fix it, until I called the BBB. They told me the air-conditioning was really good and cold. They damaged my trim above my tires and did want to fix it. They took the whole front end off when they fixed the air-conditioning. I called the BBB and told them about it and sent them the pictures. The Manger said they were going to pull the camera footage and if is was not damaged before the work was done then they would fix it. More

Our experience with Lou Fusz Kia was extraordinary, to say the least! After an unfortunate accident with a deer this spring and resultant day and night hunting for a new hybrid replacement for 6+ weeks, say the least! After an unfortunate accident with a deer this spring and resultant day and night hunting for a new hybrid replacement for 6+ weeks, we were ready to give up and give in to the dreaded order allocation process and 3-6 months wait time...UNTIL we visited Lou Fusz Kia in St. Louis!! Their innovative sales policy of "first come/first serve" may not work out for everyone, but it truly gave us hope and yesterday, our perseverance paid off and we purchased a brand new 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid. Danielle Williams, our internet sales rep, was amazing! She was empathetic to our needs, yet professional throughout the whole process from start to finish!!! Ryan was patient and informative when we stopped by for a status check on Danielle's day off. Crystal in finance was beyond efficient and had our paperwork done in record time. Out of the 10 new cars we have purchased in our lifetime, this by far was the least stressful financial process we have ever encountered. We appreciated the option of paying cash and skipping the usual obligatory in-house financing. I highly recommend Lou Fusz Kia in St. Louis for your auto needs as they are not just another dealership taking deposits, market adjustments, and preferred allocation orders, they are a team of friendly professionals who really do care and give you hope. I had been looking for a new SUV for a few months which was starting to get very frustrating. Danielle kept me up to date on when they would receive a new shipment of cars. I was finally able to make in it was starting to get very frustrating. Danielle kept me up to date on when they would receive a new shipment of cars. I was finally able to make in it to the dealership to test drive the Kia Sorento. I always dread getting a new car but everyone at Lou Fusz Kia was amazing! Mike, Larry and Joe made everything so smooth and stress free. They were all friendly, helpful and made sure I knew how to work all of the features on my new Sorento. I will definitely purchase another Kia in the future and recommend Lou Fusz to everyone! More
