It’s one thing to rate a business when things go right, it’s completely different when things go wrong. The service/ manager/director refuses to honor any warranty and trains his employees to look for anyt it’s completely different when things go wrong. The service/ manager/director refuses to honor any warranty and trains his employees to look for anything they can to avoid repairs under warranty. My car is still under 3 year 36k bumper to bumper but yet Toyota dealer won't honor it. The head service man is a very unprofessional individual that treat customers like no other. Told me to "go f my self" and to go the direction to where I got the Toyota from . This place is a big disappointment and I have purchased cars there because I trusted the name and brand that stands behind it. More

Worst Toyota service in the area, avoid at all costs. Technician damaged bolts on my vehicle on a simple oil change and I was held to pay to fix, $148 minimum charge to remove one bolt to continue servic Technician damaged bolts on my vehicle on a simple oil change and I was held to pay to fix, $148 minimum charge to remove one bolt to continue service, My vehicle was held ransom by the service manager until I paid to fix, other option was an incomplete oil change that was at my expense also. No help from general managers, had to call back multiple times because they will not call back. Find another dealer, any issues they cause will be at your cost. I am a loyal Toyota customer. Worst experience from Toyota ever! More

Respectable, no hassle, sales department Our thanks to Syed Hussain, our salesman, for his politeness and willingness to get us what we were happy with. Expectacular experience!! I brought my parents into Bredemann toyota to purchase a 2014 nissan rogue and they completely loved the staff! On the first occasion I asked if there is a manager I can talk to to which he misinformed me that there is no one that I can voice my concerns to. The second time I cam he slammed the door in front of my face as I was finished with the service. You are a sad man, Dan. Would not reccomend Dan or the facility to anyone. More
