From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly without being pushy. Steven- the salesperson took the time to show me different features, even letting me take a test drive. The rating would be 5 stars, if it were not for the annoying multitasking habit of the sales person Josh Jeffres We bought a used, certified, Tiguan with which we are very happy. Actually we bought the annoying multitasking habit of the sales person Josh Jeffres We bought a used, certified, Tiguan with which we are very happy. Actually we bought the car that we originally selected at Colonial's superb web site. Although Josh answered all of our questions he had the annoying habit of, apparently, dealing with several potential buyers at the same time. This large number of buyers does attest to this dealer's, and its brand's, popularity but dilutes the attention paid to any individual customer, including to us. The finance person we dealt with, John Mancini, was competent, pleasant and singularly attentive. In summary, our buying experience was such that we gladly will return to Colonial. More
