I purchased a new GMC Canyon in late Nov 2024 at Jim Ellis GMC at the Mall of GA. The experience before purchasing, while purchasing and after the purchase was exceptionally great. Richard (sales manage Ellis GMC at the Mall of GA. The experience before purchasing, while purchasing and after the purchase was exceptionally great. Richard (sales manager) and Craig instantly responded to any question that I had and went the extra mile to make sure that I was happy about the whole experience. I am retired and I have bought vehicles from many dealers in my lifetime, but I have never encountered a dealership that is this responsive to customer request and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I drove from Nashville TN to Buford GA because of the fantastic discount offered on the truck and never expected that I would also find a dealership that employed people that made customer satisfaction their priority. Hats off to Richard and Craig and all of the folks at Jim Ellis Buick GMC at the Mall of GA. More
