Disappointed, I was sent an estimate, but when I went to pay, it was significantly higher! The charges were inflated from the estimate… Why send an estimate if it’s not valid! It’s not rocket science, oil change & fuel filter… Those are the same charges every time…. When I asked about why, I didn’t get a straight answer…. The service writer acted like it’s normal to do that… That’s just not good customer service… More

I understand your concern regarding the difference between the estimate you received and the final amount charged. When an estimate does not closely align with the final invoice, it can understandably create confusion and erode trust, especially for routine maintenance services such as an oil change and fuel filter replacement. Just as importantly, I regret that we did not provide a clear and satisfactory explanation when you asked about the increase in cost. At our dealership, we strive to be transparent and communicate openly with our customers regarding pricing and service recommendations. Based on your experience, it is clear that we fell short of those expectations, and for that, I am truly sorry. Your feedback is valuable and has been shared with our team so we can review the situation and ensure we are providing clearer communication regarding estimates, final charges, and any changes that may occur during the service process.
