I truly believe they went above and beyond on their call of duties to find me the jeep I wanted at a very reasonable price. I had previously visited other dealerships and was told several times that the 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland was unavailable to buy. These two men took the time to listen to me and the vision I had for the car that I wanted. They went out of their way to track down the car I had requested and had it sent here from over 100 miles away in central Illinois. After that Arick helped me figure out where to find the additional accessories that I wanted to add to my Jeep. The extended warranty was presented to me as a current offer or incentive, but I was actually charged for it. I wasn't made aware of it until the last page of all of my paperwork was given to me for signature. As an inexperienced buyer, I know I should have asked more questions, but I also felt a bit taken advantage of. More
