Church and Andrea were awesome! We called ahead of time and told them what we could do. They assured us we were good. They were the nicest people. There was no pressure or trying to make us get something out of our budget. They were amazing! More

not sure if it was just this guy or the whole place. .. I've been told it was the whole Clay Cooley establishment... went in on Monday with financing in place. All we needed was the purchase order to s .. I've been told it was the whole Clay Cooley establishment... went in on Monday with financing in place. All we needed was the purchase order to send to the credit union. Tuesday was a big storm, so of course the dealership used that as an excuse why they couldn't get us the paperwork. The next few days were a roller coaster of them giving us the paperwork, incorrectly presented or written. We asked for one thing.... purchase order with our credit union written as the lien holder. We got sideways scans, and emails without the credit union written on there, and it took several days to get them to finally give us the correctly written paperwork. We submitted it to our credit union, got the loan completed and even paid almost $300 to insure the vehicle, before we picked it up. After all the back and forth and a week of time had passed, they stated "oh we sold that car two days ago, how about you buy this one?" Apparently they make less money when you come in with financing from elsewhere and had to stall so they could sell the car to someone who financed it thru them. Don't go to Clay Cooley. The only one who seemed to be halfway honest (and I say halfway simply because he works there and probably knows they're crooks) was a young sales guy named Brian. Stay away from Clay Cooley dealerships. Trash. I gave one star because it wouldn't allow me to leave it blank More

I had a pleasant experience at Clay Cooley. As soon as I walked into the Sales Office, I received a warm greeting from my Salesman, Edgar. I didn’t have to sit around waiting to be helped. As soon as I walked into the Sales Office, I received a warm greeting from my Salesman, Edgar. I didn’t have to sit around waiting to be helped. The entire buying process was awesome. The Salesman was genuinely concerned about my needs and I felt that I was in charge, as opposed to being pressured into making an uninformed decision, on such a huge purchase. The best experience, aside for getting a great deal on my new vehicle, was the “closing process”. I loved the idea of one digital signature.. each document clearly explained, get your new keys, and drive away in your new vehicle. More
