I started working at Klaben when I was 16 years old, answering phones and filing paperwork. Throughout my high school and college years, I took on various roles at the dealership which helped to expand my knowledge and understanding of the business. I started working in the Finance Department at the age of 23, while completing my MBA at the University of Akron. I had a strong curiosity and interest in Finance, mostly because of my love for working with people and numbers. I worked as a Finance Manager for 19 years, and transitioned to the role of Sales Manager in August 2021. I am proud to work for a company that grounds itself in customer loyalty and satisfaction and have enjoyed the relationships I have built with several of my customers over the years.

I had the best experience with Klaben Ford in Kent. I felt they were attentive to my needs as far as what vehicle I wanted and the features I needed. They responded to my inquiry right away and allow I felt they were attentive to my needs as far as what vehicle I wanted and the features I needed. They responded to my inquiry right away and allowed me to purchase my Bronco when I was ready. Christine Klaben gave us options and also knows how to do good business! I felt NO pressure from anyone and that was nice. I have told EVERYONE to go see Louis at Klaben. They won't be disappointed! Most of all, I LOVE my Bronco Sport! More

Everyone from sales to service, parts to body shop is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. On this occasion I am quite pleased with the quality of service I received. My car runs and sounds like new. Great job addressing my concerns and making all repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. Much appreciation to Mona, Tom A, Sean and Joe F in service for their patience and outstanding customer care. Also I must recognize Artie in the body shop for all he has done for me, my family and friends over the years. The quality of workmanship is second to none. Wonderful job…..again!!
