Very poor customer service. After having spent thousand of dollars they stuck it to me when my granddaughter left the overhead light on. Soon after having a very expensive repair involving the battery done of dollars they stuck it to me when my granddaughter left the overhead light on. Soon after having a very expensive repair involving the battery done the car won't start. Dealership shared me over $60 for something that likely cost them much less than this to figure out and despite being a very faithful, beneficial customer to their bottom line they screwed me on this. Will be looking elsewhere for cars and service if this recurs. It appears that $ means more to Greg May Honda than happy customers. I certainly felt stupid not knowing my overhead light was left on but sure didn't expect to be taken advantage of also. This is a case where after having spent a lot of $ with GMH that a pass on price of service would have been in order. More
