Again, it was not like that when I parked the van and knowing they would have needed to open the box to retrieve the lug key. It also appeared they might have checked the inside cabin filter. Either way, I wasn't like that when I parked it. The response was more of an argument instead of immediate fix. Maybe it's unique to Honda, or just to Greg May, but either way, it does not make me want to repeat business here. More
