while the young lady receiving my was cordial enough, one of the technicians felt compelled to argue with me regarding service. Now I don't claim to be an auto mechanic, but talking down to me as a customer of the technicians felt compelled to argue with me regarding service. Now I don't claim to be an auto mechanic, but talking down to me as a customer is not real encouraging. When I picked up my van, the glove box was on the floor. Again, it was not like that when I parked the van and knowing they would have needed to open the box to retrieve the lug key. It also appeared they might have checked the inside cabin filter. Either way, I wasn't like that when I parked it. The response was more of an argument instead of immediate fix. Maybe it's unique to Honda, or just to Greg May, but either way, it does not make me want to repeat business here. More

Christina is the best! Appreciate her being patient with us. Took an acura in for one problem - and they found a safely issue that we were able to fix before a real accident occurred. Was promised a 5% discount on service work but not honored. Will take my vehicle elsewhere for routine maintenance. They want at minimum $100 each visit for work that may or may not be necessary.
