Allan Hale and the staff we worked with went above and beyond in helping us. My family and I were on an out of state trip and our engine light came on. I called Greg May Honda dealership and Allan and Chr beyond in helping us. My family and I were on an out of state trip and our engine light came on. I called Greg May Honda dealership and Allan and Christina took their time and helped as we stopped at an Autozone to perform a diagnostic on the van. Allan even gave me his cell phone number and worked with us until we were certain we were safe to drive home. He gave us a much needed peace of mind that we were going to be fine in driving the van home. Once home, he also fit me in with an appointment on a Saturday that was already book. I can’t say enough about Allan’s dedication and commitment to us as customers. I could not be more pleased with the outstanding service I received from Greg May Honda.
