I waited 4 hours for an inspection and oil change. Had I been given a heads up on just how long it would have taken, I would never have waited. My husband and I both had the same type of appointmen Had I been given a heads up on just how long it would have taken, I would never have waited. My husband and I both had the same type of appointments starting at 830. He finished at 1000, and only because I went up and complained did I get out of there at 1230. God knows how much longer I would have waited if I didn’t complain. There was no explanation on why it took that long, not apology. Only apology I received was from the nice women at the cashier desk. More
