CHRISTINA RANDALL ( assistant service manager ) at the location, made sure she accomodate my cars service in time - need more good people like CHRISTINA in this world to make it better. Awesome Experience purchasing my RAV4 :) I walked in distraught because my previous car's engine died, and walked out with a brand new RAV 4. Jeff Ballentine was great! Work was done on time. I scheduled as soon as Recall Letter was received. Christina gave me the earliest appointment based on date when part would be delivered.
