Overall, I had a very good experience with the service department. The service was done correctly, and it was completed on time. On my last service, I was asked whether I'd like to have the in-cabin filter replaced, for $41.99. I was not told that this did not include labor until receiving the final invoice, for $149.40. No communication during work or after work was completed. Check-in was poor, no kiosk? Paperwork had multiple spelling errors ex: "Springfiled" instead of Springfield. "Coloniak" instead of Colonial. Schedu Check-in was poor, no kiosk? Paperwork had multiple spelling errors ex: "Springfiled" instead of Springfield. "Coloniak" instead of Colonial. Scheduled a visit on-line for a 60,000 mile service, but this was not noted on my bill. Not 100% sure what was completed and what was not. This is not a good feeling. I did call twice, once in the morning to make sure the correct service was noted and once at the end of the day (5pm) to see if the work had been completed. The two gentlemen who answered the calls were helpful. I apologize for all the poor and very poor ratings below, but lack of communication, explanation, and over detail when having a car serviced is hard to overcome. More
