At some point, we had to cut off old coupons, especially free promotional coupons, from Sterling Chevrolet as Ted Britt Chevrolet is under completely new ownership since Sterling Chevrolet. In good faith though we will do the following and ask that you remove this negative review in response: We will credit your preferred owner account (which gives you credit towards service) for your visit, plus, if you send me your address, I will send you a Free Oil Change coupon that you can use at any of our Ted Britt Automotive Group service locations. I purchased my new car from Sterling Chevrolet two days before it publicly became Ted Britt Chevrolet. I had two major warranty repairs done at your dealer the first month I owned the car. I expressed my displeasure with my new car experience to one of your managers, which by this time your dealer was officially Ted Britt Chevrolet. He gave me two free oil change coupons to compensate me for my troubles (which included several trips and time wasted getting my new car repaired). Your dealer was Ted Britt Chevrolet at this time (November 2012), but the coupons he gave me had Sterling Chevrolet printed on them (I guess you did not have new Ted Britt stationary printed yet). I took in good faith that these coupons would be valid at Ted Britt Chevrolet. I am moving away from Virginia soon so future discounts do me no good. Your customer service representatives should have done the right thing and honored my coupon, it would have cost you very little. I wasn't asking for the world, just for your dealer (which was Ted Britt when the coupons were received by me) to honor your word. I have also posted negative reviews of your dealer and my experience to Yelp and Twitter and will be sure to let General Motors know of my displeasure should they contact me.
