Service was good, with the exception of they didn’t catch the fact that the check engine light was on because of the thermostat. My vehicle was there for almost 2 days before even being looked at. Then they only decided to look at it because I complained. I will choose a different dealer for my service. The absolute worst service dealership anyone could take their vehicles to. Lost all future business from me. With the terrible reviews can't believe the dealer is still doing business. After getting recommendation for new tires (knowing I had gotten new tires just a few months earlier) he told me it was because they were too tall and rubbing on something in inner fender well. This was the third time I’ve taken my truck here to solve a starting issue. In the 3 times the truck has been in the shop I’ve paid $999.00 in diagnostic fees. $1,221.13 in repairs. $1,559.00 in rental car f a starting issue. In the 3 times the truck has been in the shop I’ve paid $999.00 in diagnostic fees. $1,221.13 in repairs. $1,559.00 in rental car fees and my truck never got fixed. The last time I took the truck in they said they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. I had no choice but to take it somewhere else where they tested the starter and it ended up being a bad starter. Dealership is taking no responsibility for a lousy diagnostic. More
