My recent visit to Lundgren Subaru was a pleasant experience. I always find the staff to be polite and understand the concerns I have and address them professionally. Service was fast and the waiting area is very comfortable. Only draw back was that the tires I was going to be purchase were not at the dealer, due to the recent major snow storm the area had experienced. The service tech had searched other places to see if they had those tires in stock, with no success. I have another appointment on Tuesday to have the tires installed. They offered to drive to my home and pick up my car and deliver it back to me after the service was complete. I appreciate the offer, but did not feel that it is right to tie up someone for 4 hours (4 1 hour trips). More
