I had the hardest time buying a brand new 2025 WRX from this dealership. Put a deposit down on a car, only for them to bring a different vehicle to the dealership and tell me that I'd need to put MORE mone this dealership. Put a deposit down on a car, only for them to bring a different vehicle to the dealership and tell me that I'd need to put MORE money down and pay more if I wanted the WRX that I put $500 down for. They took my car for a few days to put underlining underneath, when I picked the car up they hadn't done the work, had to leave my car for another few days. This is not my first new car from this dealership but better believe I will never buy a car here again. More

Perfect service except that my service advisor went to lunch and my keys and papers to my completed car were on the counter, no notification, so I sat around the waiting room awhile extra until I happened lunch and my keys and papers to my completed car were on the counter, no notification, so I sat around the waiting room awhile extra until I happened to look out the window and notice my car in the lot.
