Perfect service except that my service advisor went to lunch and my keys and papers to my completed car were on the counter, no notification, so I sat around the waiting room awhile extra until I happened lunch and my keys and papers to my completed car were on the counter, no notification, so I sat around the waiting room awhile extra until I happened to look out the window and notice my car in the lot. I went to the Service Department to see if I could check out, and another advisor completed my paperwork so I could pay and get on with my day. This is not typical though. More

My recent visit to Lundgren Subaru was a pleasant experience. I always find the staff to be polite and understand the concerns I have and address them professionally. Service was fast and the waiting experience. I always find the staff to be polite and understand the concerns I have and address them professionally. Service was fast and the waiting area is very comfortable. Only draw back was that the tires I was going to be purchase were not at the dealer, due to the recent major snow storm the area had experienced. The service tech had searched other places to see if they had those tires in stock, with no success. I have another appointment on Tuesday to have the tires installed. They offered to drive to my home and pick up my car and deliver it back to me after the service was complete. I appreciate the offer, but did not feel that it is right to tie up someone for 4 hours (4 1 hour trips). More
