Misdiagnosed my 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport SV even though I asked for a blower motor replacement on the online booking appt. They ordered me an uber and I went home to await the diagnostic. Received a call and asked for a blower motor replacement on the online booking appt. They ordered me an uber and I went home to await the diagnostic. Received a call and they wanted to replace the entire A/C unit. I asked if there were alternatives. Took it to another place and they replaced the blower motor control module. This fixed the issue. Nissan Torrance did the standup thing and refunded the diagnostic cost. Hey we are human and mistakes are made so making this right builds trust and they’ve earned a loyal Nissan customer. More
