Then it started getting louder, I’m terrified my wheel is about to fall off, and I immediately turn around and drive back to the dealership so they can fix my vehicle, since they had returned it to me with this new problem. By this point I was crying and shaking because it was so traumatic driving my car with it making such loud noises, and the dealership was able to fix it, but it meant more waiting in the lobby. The whole thing took about 2.5 hours, when all I wanted was an oil change. It was a pretty disappointing experience.
