Matt Maurer was my sales representative and he did a wonderful job. I would gladly return to work directly with Matt whenever I need a vehicle. My experience was great with him but while standing in the dealership, I believe it was the sales manager who was yelling at the top of his lungs with his door open creating a very uncomfortable experience (scaring my wife) and I believe he was screaming at Matt. This is very unprofessional for what should be a professional environment. Matt walked back contained but with a red face and continued to help us. Matt is an ethical and integrity driven man among small men who choose to degrade and scream in order to display power. The car operates flawlessly, Matt was able to help me understand the value in purchasing with Basney Honda which ultimately led me to finding my way back to your dealership. Matt went out of his way to bring the vehicle to me at my place of work. What an exceptional effort on his part. I gave the dealership a 5 star simply for Matt’s performance. I gave the two gentlemen before that a 3 star for their poor decision in management. More
