! Strike one! Cheyenne was great and told me it wasn't a problem, they would fit me in. After I left I realized the mechanics did not reset the 'Service Required' light. Strike two! I had been missing a wheel lock on the front right tire. I purchased a new one and told Cheyenne I would like them to put it on the tire. They did not put it on. Strike three! I wasn't even sure they had had rotated the tires since the wheel lock was still missing on the front right wheel. Made me wonder if they had even rotated the tires and checked the brakes. I was pretty upset by all of this.
