He truly understands the meaning of great customer service. I also want to recognize the Sales Manager, Mr. Levy. My purchase experience was with Tim Sewell, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The experience was good Chase was the salesperson and he was fine . My only complaint was there was no owners manual in hard copy included with the truck.I understand it's all there in the screen but older was fine . My only complaint was there was no owners manual in hard copy included with the truck.I understand it's all there in the screen but older seniors like myself don't always know how to navigate those features and just like to open a Manuel. I was quoted 120$ to get one and found it online for 57$. I guess that's a Ford problem an not a dealer problem More
