The moment you walk into this dealership, you enter a "boys club" with a vibe that is beyond off-putting to a single woman. Twice now, I have walked up to the service counter to check in and have heard curse words and unprofessional jokes being told between coworkers - fine for the breakroom, but creates a very uncomfortable experience for the customer. The best I can say is at least this time one of the employees wasn't saying the F word over and over like last time... Caroline was the shining star of my experience. She was kind, friendly, and helpful. Royal Moore would be better served by more Caroline's on their staff. More
